Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily running of the Hospice Residence
• Lead supportive training and mentoring for staff
• Communicate patient needs to interdisciplinary teams
• Manage quality audits and skill assessments
• Participate in community service meetings to enhance outreach

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse in positive standing in Ontario
• Management experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health records
• Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
• French language skills are an asset
