Intuit is seeking a Tax Expert to help customers complete their taxes using TurboTax products in a virtual, client-facing role. You will provide tax guidance, review returns, and handle product inquiries while documenting interactions via video and audio tools.
Requirements include 2+ years of paid tax preparation, bilingual English/French, and a adaptable schedule with a minimum of 20 hours per week. A CRA RepID is required for client representations.
