This full time position within Sobeys' IT Ecommerce team seeks an experienced analyst to manage Salesforce application enhancements and fixes. You will provide expert Level 2 & 3 support, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your mentorship will guide the team in translating business needs into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Salesforce Core Platform
• Maintain system documentation and configuration changes




• Support project activities with various stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional teams in documenting requirements
• Identify and propose enhancements for application efficiency

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technology field
• 6+ years of progressive IT experience
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is essential
• Experience with Microsoft Azure preferred
• Previous retail industry experience is desirable
