As an entry-level or development-level coach, you will support athletes aged U8/U10 to U16/U18 in a well-organized race training workplace. Responsibilities include designing training plans and providing demonstrations while maintaining communication with parents and supervising athletes. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure athlete safety during training sessions
• Design and implement training and competition plans
• Lead and motivate your skiing team




• Demonstrate skiing techniques and maintain a lesson journal
• Communicate regularly with parents and athletes
Requirements:
• Minimum ACA-CSC Entry Level certification required
• CSIA Level 1 certification is mandatory
• Prior coaching or ski instructing experience is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability for weekend shifts from December through March
