Join Clark County as a Program Coordinator I and lead the Clean Water Fee administration. This role combines project management expertise with direct community engagement needs in a adaptable hybrid model.
The Clean Water division is looking for a Program Coordinator I who will manage all aspects of the Clean Water Fee. This position entails customer service, outreach coordination, and fee dispute handling. You will work closely with Public Works staff, preparing reports, and supporting the development of sustainable programs that benefit local property owners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Clean Water Fee customer inquiries and support
• Create outreach materials to inform the community
• Analyze properties for Clean Water Fee reductions
• Handle disputes and appeals for fee adjustments
• Review and update policies and procedures regularly
Requirements:
• Degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields
• Understanding of program management principles

• Valid driver’s license for property evaluations
