As an In-Cab Instructor, you’ll be responsible for evaluating both new and experienced drivers, fostering an environment of continuous improvement. By organizing training programs and conducting assessments, you will be pivotal in ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You'll work closely with Safety Counselors and driver development teams to enhance the training experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver simulator and classroom-based training
• Conduct comprehensive road evaluations for drivers




• Develop specialized training programs as needed
• Assess learner progress through observations
• Coordinate with various departments for seamless operations

Requirements:
• Valid Class 1/AZ Driver’s License
• Dangerous Goods and Air Brakes Certifications
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Capacity to operate a commercial motor vehicle
• Excellent communication and observational skills
