Job Description
Case Coordinator, Medical Assessments - Viewpoint
Status: Full Time - Permanent (in-person)
Location: 115 Bell Farm Road, Barrie, ON, L4M 5G1

Main Responsibilities
Responsible and accountable for reviewing the specifics of potential referrals to ensure we can accept them for medical evaluation
Screening for conflict of interest and advising the appropriate parties when this arises
Scheduling the service(s) with our roster of medical and paramedical assessors
Booking secondary service providers when necessary (e.g. transportation, interpretation).
Creating notifications consistent with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Producing the relevant directives for the assessor(s)
Meeting deadlines
Data entry and data accuracy
Customer service
Other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications:
Require familiarity of the Statutory Accident Benefit Schedule (SABS).
Clinical background (preferably a registered health professional)
Strong customer service orientation
Strong attention to detail and firm grasp of systems
Mature and strong work ethic
Computer efficiency (MS Office, Outlook, Internet, Adobe Acrobat)
Competent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills
French-English bilingualism is mandatory
