Key Responsibilities:
• Draft insider and early warning reports

Requirements:
• Completed Paralegal diploma from a recognized institution
• At least 3 years of experience in a legal role
• Familiarity with ASC and securities regulations
• Knowledge of SEDAR+ and related resources
