Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive training seminars on roofing practices
• Create innovative facilitation techniques for effective learning
• Regularly update training program content
• Provide training for GAF employees on systems as needed
• Participate in additional duties in marketing and HR

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of construction or roofing experience
• Ability to speak to large audiences
• Familiarity with construction and roofing systems
• Willingness to travel 50-70% of the time
