You'll be responsible for providing top-notch support in a fast-paced clinic environment, ensuring smooth operations both in-office and remotely. Your role will involve managing patient communications, coordinating appointments, and assisting in EMR training. Ideal candidates are self-starters with excellent organizational skills and a focus on improving the patient experience through every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
• Coordinate patient intake and manage clinic documentation
• Facilitate virtual appointments for patients
• Support physicians with EMR and necessary reporting
• Schedule patient appointments and manage billing processes
Requirements:
• MOA Diploma and two years' experience in a medical setting
• Proficient in TELUS Medaccess and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Experience in clinical billing or referrals
• Proven ability to work independently and within a team
