CMHA Toronto, a leading community mental health agency, is hiring a Program Manager for the Flexible Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Team. The role oversees clinical, operational, administrative, and fiscal aspects of an interdisciplinary group serving adults with reliable mental illness and concurrent disorders.
Reporting to the Director of Intensive Community Support Services, you will drive quality, risk management, and partnerships to improve client outcomes and community integration.
