In this permanent position, you will report to the Senior Manager, Labour Relations and support negotiations with multiple bargaining units. Leveraging your five years of relevant experience, you will interact with management and union representatives, providing essential insights on grievances and collective bargaining. This pivotal role fosters a collaborative workplace setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Represent the Board at grievances and arbitration hearings
• Research grievance facts and draft necessary responses
• Collaborate with the bargaining team during negotiations




• Provide guidance to senior staff on labour relations issues
• Facilitate training sessions for management and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or similar
• At least five years of labour relations experience
• Proficient in employment law and collective bargaining
• Strong negotiation, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
• Capable of preparing comprehensive reports and analyses
