In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in overseeing all operational aspects of the store, including staff management and merchandising. You'll lead by example, delivering superior customer service and resolving issues effectively. You will also be responsible for training employees, managing cash operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with staff management and operational oversight

Requirements:
• Two years of retail experience required
• Two years in a supervisory or management role preferred
• Versatile schedule for day and evening shifts
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to prioritize in a high-paced setting
