• Maintain updated local rates for estimates and budgets

Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years experience in estimation
• Familiarity with Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX
• Degree or extensive experience in construction
• Chartered or on track for RICS, CEP, or CPE status
• Strong communicator with detail-oriented mindset
