Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Concierge operations and VIP service execution
• Conduct arrival reviews for VIP and long-stay guests
• Coordinate cross-departmental delivery of guest requests




• Manage personalized itineraries using UR Venue
• Engage guests and support team during peak periods

Requirements:
• Minimum three years in luxury hotel operations
• Solid knowledge of concierge and guest recovery
• Experience with Opera Cloud and guest engagement tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Banff National Park is preferred
