Key Responsibilities:
• Provide G/GJ tube care and management
• Administer and document prescribed medications




• Monitor child’s medical safety and maintain records
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Support cognitive, social, and emotional needs of the child

Requirements:
• Must be licensed in positive standing with CNO
• Experience with pediatric clients required
• Current Basic Life Support certification
• Recent Vulnerable Sector Check completed
• Must hold Professional Liability Insurance
