What will you do? As a Project Specialist you will be managing multiple Projects in our Production environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environment, excel at communication, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while collaborating across diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities Manage and track up to 10 software and cybersecurity projects simultaneously from initiation to completion
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables
Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders in production and R&D;
Facilitate clear communication across teams to ensure alignment and transparency
Act as the central point of contact for project-related updates and escalations
Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and drive resolution proactively
Keep projects moving forward without delays by coordinating resources and decisions
Build strong relationships across teams to enable smooth collaboration
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and collaboration practices
What will you need to succeed? Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering disciplines, Computer Science, Electrical or Software
Recent graduate who has graduated in the last 12 months; (0–2 years of experience); internship or co-op experience is a strong asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally with diverse teams and open to learn
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) is an asset
Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project) is a plus
Hourly is commensurate with experience, and ranges between $ 33 CAD - $ 44 CAD.
