Serve as an impactful Physiotherapist II with Alberta Health Services in Grande Prairie. Contribute to meaningful health outcomes through leadership and collaborative care in various settings.
This part time position allows you to oversee physiotherapy services, directly engage with patients, and ensure safe, efficient care. You will lead students and team members, handling day-to-day clinical and operational tasks. Your role is crucial for the interdisciplinary team as you manage assessments, discharges, and program planning while working in alignment with Alberta standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide physiotherapy services in homes and supportive living spaces
• Supervise and mentor students and team colleagues
• Make strategic clinical decisions on patient assessments
• Lead operational planning and program representation
• Monitor and evaluate delivery of physiotherapy services
Requirements:
• Master’s degree or bachelor’s with experience in Physiotherapy
• Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
• Experience with electronic charting and Connect Care
• Strong leadership skills in healthcare settings
• Driver’s license and vehicle needed for travel
