Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Team Member to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, strong time management skills, and a commitment to delivering a positive dining experience for all guests.

Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing guest needs promptly.
- Maintain sanitation and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Ensure cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts.




- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and sanitation practices is advantageous.
- Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing order totals.
