About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Engineering graduate or early-career engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys manufacturing, quality inspection, supplier communication, and technical problem-solving.

You will work directly with company leadership and gain hands-on experience across purchasing, quality control, supplier development, and operations.

This is primarily a work-from-home position, with in-person training provided initially and occasional travel to suppliers and customers for quality inspections and business meetings.

What You'll Do Order Processing & Operations

- Process customer orders using company ERP System.
- Manage purchase orders and order confirmations.
- Track production schedules and delivery timelines.
- Maintain organized documentation and records.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order updates.

Supplier Sourcing

- Source fabricated metal parts from new and existing suppliers.
- Request and compare quotations.
- Evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, and lead time.
- Build long-term supplier relationships.
- Support vendor negotiations.

Quality Assurance

- Perform quality inspections on fabricated parts.
- Verify dimensions against engineering drawings.
- Identify quality concerns and communicate corrective actions.
- Prepare inspection reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve non-conformance issues.

Technical Support

- Read and interpret mechanical drawings.




- Review manufacturing requirements.
- Support production planning.
- Assist with process improvements and documentation.

Travel Occasional travel will be required for:

- Supplier visits
- Quality inspections
- Customer meetings
- Training

Travel expenses and mileage will be covered by the company. Who We're Looking For Required Qualifications

- Engineering degree or diploma.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 0–2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally.

Education We're looking for candidates with a diploma or degree in one of the following:

- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering

Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, sourcing, or production will be given preference.

Preferred Qualifications

- Manufacturing experience.
- Metal fabrication knowledge.
- Quality inspection experience.
- Supplier sourcing or purchasing experience.
- Experience using ERP or Excel-based tracking systems.
