Why This Role Matters
We’re adding 4 electrical controls/programmers immediately, and will manage other contracted services personnel
What You’ll Lead
- Full‑cycle recruitment for technical and leadership roles
- Immediate hiring of electrical controls/programmers
- Management and transition strategy for 19 contracted service technicians
- Building and maintaining a high‑quality talent pipeline
- Posting and managing job ads across LinkedIn, Indeed, ISA, Automation.com, and niche boards
- Screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate flow
- Developing structured onboarding processes
- Partnering with leadership to forecast hiring needs
- Creating recruitment systems, dashboards,
and reporting
- Supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing
What You Bring
- 3–7+ years of recruiting experience (technical or industrial preferred)
- Strong ability to source passive candidates
- Experience hiring for controls, robotics, automation, or engineering roles (asset)
- Ability to manage high‑volume and specialized hiring simultaneously
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable owning the recruitment function
- A growth mindset — eager to build systems, not just fill roles

Compensation Guidance (Ontario, Canada — Industry Standard) For a Technical Recruiter in automation/manufacturing with full‑cycle responsibility:
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 (Higher end for strong technical recruiting experience)
- Bonus / Performance Incentives: 5–10% tied to hiring volume, time‑to‑fill, and overall company related growth
- Total Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000+
Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Windsor, ON
