We are seeking an in-office Technical Sales Operations Specialist with a solid foundation in Wireless Network and Wireless Coverage technologies. In this critical role, you will bridge the gap between our customers, engineering, sales, and global vendors. You will manage the entire order fulfillment lifecycle—from reviewing complex technical customer Sales Orders (SOs) to generating precise vendor Purchase Orders (PO).
Additionally, you will participate in sales meetings to report on equipment delivery dates. Because of our international footprint, this position requires flexibility to occasionally attend early morning or late evening meetings with global teams.
Key Responsibilities

- Vendor Procurement & Coordination: Translate customer requirements into accurate vendor POs. Coordinate directly with global manufacturers and suppliers of wireless infrastructure components.
- Delivery & Timeline Tracking: Monitor vendor production, lead times, and shipping schedules for wireless network hardware and software licenses across different time zones.
- Sales Meeting Reporting: Join regular sales meetings to provide accurate updates on equipment delivery dates, deployment readiness, and potential supply chain bottlenecks.
- Global Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with international sales, engineering, and logistics teams. Maintain scheduling flexibility to accommodate occasional off-hours meetings.
- Data Integrity:
Maintain exact records of hardware configurations, software licenses, support and warranty, vendor commitments, and delivery timelines in our ERP/CRM system.
Qualifications
- Domain Expertise: 2+ years of experience in sales operations, procurement, or technical coordination specifically within the Wireless Network, Telecommunications, or Wireless Coverage (DAS and 4G/5G) industries.
- Technical Aptitude: Fundamental understanding of wireless network architecture, RF coverage components, antennas, cabling, and related hardware infrastructure. Ability to confidently read and interpret technical bills-of-materials (BOMs).
- Order Management Skills: Proven experience processing customer POs, matching configurations, and issuing vendor purchase orders with zero error margins.
- Global Communication & Presentation: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex logistics timelines and present delivery dates clearly during internal sales meetings.
- Schedule Flexibility: Flexibility to occasionally attend early morning or late evening meetings to sync with international vendors and global offices.
- Location: Ability to work full-time, in office at our corporate office.
- Tools & Systems: Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). High competency in Microsoft Excel for tracking complex orders.
