This position demands at least five years of relevant experience in hospital lab settings, providing you with the skills needed to effectively lead teams and improve service delivery. You will oversee critical processes from specimen handling to compliance with regulatory standards, working closely with medical professionals and related stakeholders to foster quality improvements and safety in laboratory services. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead operations in Pre-Analytical and Microbiology departments
- Provide mentoring and technical guidance to laboratory staff




- Monitor performance indicators and implement quality controls
- Conduct comprehensive audits and training initiatives
- Ensure laboratory safety and compliance with regulations

Requirements:

- Medical Laboratory Technology diploma and CSMLS certification
- Minimum of 5 years hospital lab experience
- In-depth understanding of Histology workflows
- Current TDG certification
- Expertise in Pre-Analytical processes required
