Key Responsibilities

- Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation for medical device products and processes.
- Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, quality professionals, and regulatory teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Review and revise existing documentation to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with current processes.
- Create and maintain procedures, work instructions, specifications, product documentation, and supporting technical materials.
- Ensure documentation complies with applicable regulatory and quality requirements.




- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to document management and technical communications.

Qualifications

- 2-5 years of technical writing experience, preferably within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, engineering, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, English, Engineering, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to write and edit technical documentation for diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of document control processes and version management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with document management systems is considered an asset.
- Strong proofreading, editing, and quality review skills.

Compensation & Benefits

- Total rewards: $43.00 - $49.00 hourly
