In this administrative full-time role, you will report to the Director of Care and actively engage in enhancing staff skills through structured learning initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing training programs, coordinating new staff onboarding, and managing documentation for compliance and effectiveness.

Collaboration with nursing leadership is essential to facilitate a culture of continual improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the annual training calendar and development strategy
- Ensure timely completion of mandatory training for all staff




- Deliver onboarding and orientation programs efficiently
- Develop evidence-informed education plans for targeted learning
- Manage the Learning Management System for training needs

Requirements:

- RN/RPN status with relevant educational qualifications
- Experience in Long-Term Care environments is an asset
- Knowledge in adult education and competency assessments
- Strong documentation and compliance management skills
- Commitment to promoting a respectful workplace culture
