In this role, you will work alongside project managers to deliver high-quality construction projects. You'll actively engage with various stakeholders, including trades, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring that projects remain on schedule and within budget while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in drafting and executing project work plans
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project databases and file-sharing platforms
- Review payment certificates from subcontractors and suppliers




- Coordinate communications with project teams and consultants

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination in construction
- Direct on-site experience with trades and subcontractors is essential
