We Are Hiring: Temporary Solder Technician

Approximately 6 Month Contract Position. Potential for long-term.

Working Hours:

- Monday-Thursday 10 Hour Shift (6:00am to 4:30pm).
- Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are off.

Purpose of the Job: The temporary Solder Technician is responsible for soldering surface mount components to PCBs.

Duties and Essential Job Functions:

- Must be able to solder small surface mount components to PCBs.

Experience

- Minium 3-5 years of surface mount soldering to PCB’s experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- An understanding of IPC-610 standards. Advanced skills with a fine tipped solder iron and lead-free solder techniques.
- Able to solder surface mount components as small as 0805 type packaging.

Physical Requirements:

- Frequent/repetitive motions
- Must wear all required PPE as directed by the department supervisor, or Health & Safety department

Work Environment:





- Static controlled benches in a clean humified lab environment
