McManes Automotive is looking for a Part-Time Shuttle Driver at Eastside Dodge!

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for supporting the Service Department by providing safe, reliable, and friendly transportation for customers while their vehicles are being serviced. This role plays an important part in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Job Duties:

- Greet customers in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner
- Pick up and deliver customers to designated destinations while their vehicle is being serviced
- Provide exceptional customer service during all customer interactions
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and respectfully
- Listen to and document customer needs and expectations throughout their visit




- Review and maintain rental vehicle inventory, including availability and service requirements
- Coordinate customer pick-up and delivery services as required
- Ensure customer transportation is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule

Successful Candidates Possess:

- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage customer concerns and resolve issues effectively
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and comfort with technology

Hours:

- Part-Time, Monday-Friday Afternoons
