We are a busy commercial construction company looking to build a long-term relationship with an experienced and reliable tile installation crew to handle our ongoing projects throughout the GTA and surrounding areas.

We specialize in commercial construction, including:

- Restaurants
- Offices
- Fitness Studios
- Retail Spaces
- Medical & Dental Clinics

We are looking for subcontractors who take pride in their work, can maintain a fast-paced construction schedule, and consistently deliver high-quality installations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3-person crew
- Proven commercial tile installation experience
- Reliable transportation and tools
- Ability to meet project schedules and deadlines
- Clean, skilled workmanship
- Reliable communication and site attendance

Rate: We pay $5.00-$6.00/sq. ft.



incl mortar for commercial tile installation, including typical installations such as:

- 12" x 12" Tile
- 12" x 24" Tile
- Various Subway Tile
