Build the whole project—not just one repetitive piece of it.

At Ennadai Woodworks, our crews take projects from raw timber to completed structures. Rather than performing one narrow task, you'll work with a small team through shop fabrication, timberframe raising, mass-timber installation and, on some projects, installation of the complete building envelope.

We build custom timberframes and the Kazan system by Ennadai—a heavy tongue-and-groove mass-timber system used for walls, roofs and floors.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Fabricate timberframe components using large portable saws, routers and other woodworking tools.
- Operate stationary wood-processing equipment, including four-sided planers.
- Prepare, coat and finish exposed timber components.
- Install timberframes and heavy tongue-and-groove wall, floor and roof assemblies.
- Work safely at height and participate in lifting and rigging operations.
- Work as part of a crew responsible for the quality and completion of an entire project.
- Depending on the project, assist with building-envelope installation and concrete forming.
- Occasionally travel and stay out of town for installations, including rare remote or alpine projects.

YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have basic carpentry, construction, woodworking or mechanical skills.
- Take pride in precise, high-quality work.
- Are dependable and accountable to the rest of your crew.




- Are comfortable working at height and outdoors in changing conditions.
- Can safely perform physically demanding work.
- Are willing to learn both shop fabrication and field installation.
- Hold a valid driver's licence and can travel occasionally.

Timberframe, framing, rigging, machinery, building-envelope, concrete, apprenticeship or Red Seal experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.
