Duties

- Safely operate tow trucks and related equipment to recover, transport, and deliver vehicles in various conditions.
- Assist stranded motorists by providing roadside support, including jump-starts, tire changes, and fuel deliveries.
- Conduct routine inspections of tow truck machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are maintained.
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers, customers, and emergency responders to coordinate service calls efficiently.
- Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, vehicle details, and service reports for record-keeping purposes.




- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues or perform basic automotive repairs when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and traffic laws during operations.

Qualifications

- Valid commercial driver’s license (Full G or Dz) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in commercial driving and vehicle recovery operations.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
- Ability to operate forklifts or similar lifting equipment is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to towing, roadside assistance, and vehicle handling.
- Prior experience with automotive repair or mechanical troubleshooting is advantageous.
