This role is 100% on-site and focuses on addressing hardware and software issues. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, providing efficient end user support and successfully resolving diverse IT challenges. This is a contract position requiring collaboration and effective problem-solving within a gaming context. Key Responsibilities:

- Offer remote and on-site support for users via various communication methods
- Conduct Active Directory management tasks
- Imager and provision workstations for new team members
- Resolve hardware malfunctions for printers and gaming consoles
- Assist in software installations and manage arising challenges

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT support
- Familiarity with hardware used in gaming studios
- Understanding of Windows environments and PC configurations
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Office 365 applications
- Networking knowledge is a plus
