Drive alumni relations at UBC as an Alumni Engagement Coordinator. Become a vital link between current students and alumni, ensuring effective program coordination and support. As part of the Development & Alumni Engagement department, this role reports to the Associate Director.

You'll be responsible for program delivery, database accuracy, and community partnerships that enhance alumni participation. Your contribution will help in executing UBC's alumni engagement strategies and fostering strong relationships. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate university alumni programs and activities
- Monitor timelines and budgets for engagement initiatives
- Manage database for alumni interactions and events
- Assist in developing recent alumni initiatives
- Provide detailed financial and program support

Requirements:

- University degree in a related area
- At least one year of relevant work experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
