Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications

.

- Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis.

- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes

.

- Develop high-fidelity UI designs using

Figma

.

- Create and maintain scalable design systems and UI component libraries

.

- Translate business requirements and user needs into practical design solutions.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

- Review implemented designs and identify UI/UX improvements.

- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.

- Ensure designs are responsive across desktop, tablet,



and mobile devices.

- Follow accessibility and usability best practices.

- Maintain design documentation, specifications, and reusable components.

- Stay updated with current UI/UX, product design, and design technology trends.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with

Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.

- Knowledge of

HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is an advantage.

- Experience with accessibility standards such as

WCAG

.

- Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, e-commerce, fintech, healthcare, or mobile products.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
