MDC is looking for a skilled and certified full or part time Ultrasound Technologist(s) who will be responsible to perform general ultrasounds: MSK, ABD, OB/GYN, NT, Breast, Thyroid, Small Parts, vascular studies

- NT certification preferred
- Vascular
- Must be a registered member in good standing of CMRITO
- Must be registered with ARDMS and/or Sonography Canada
- Liability insurance is required
- Current CPR certificate is an asset

Responsibilities:
- ensure all quality control assessments are performed as required.
- greet patient, ensure patient identification, explain test, prepare and position patient for examination, obtain patient medical history
- responsible for care and safety of patients within the department
- maintain patient confidentiality
- prepare adequate written and/or electronic reports to document all procedures and test results

Personal:
- have a cheerful, positive attitude. Ability to work with others as well as independently. Treat everyone with respect, dignity and kindness.
- ability to speak another language an asset

Job Types: Full time, Part-time Pay: $40.00 per hour
