As a Senior Product Designer , you’ll lead end-to-end UX/UI design for digital products and human-led AI experiences. You’ll translate complex user and business needs into intuitive, accessible experiences—from information architecture and user flows to high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and scalable design systems.

Working closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and AI teams, you’ll ensure designs are technically feasible, user-centered, and built to scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead UX/UI strategy across complex digital products and AI-powered experiences.
- Translate research and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
- Build and evolve scalable design systems, component libraries, and interaction patterns .
- Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure feasibility and seamless implementation.
- Use usability testing and performance insights to continuously improve experiences.




- Champion accessibility, inclusive design, and user-centered design best practices.
- Mentor designers and contribute to a collaborative, innovative design culture.

Qualifications:
- 5–8+ years of Product Design / UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio of complex digital products.
- Strong expertise across UX, UI, interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping .
- Advanced Figma skills and experience building or managing design systems.
- Strong understanding of accessibility and usability standards.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and technical teams.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to connect design decisions to business outcomes.
