Jim Pattison Lexus Northshore is looking for an experienced and motivated Red Seal Certified Automotive Technician to join our growing Service Department. You’ll be part of a skilled and supportive team that takes pride in quality workmanship, keeping vehicles secure and reliable, and delivering the exceptional level of service our customers expect from the Lexus brand.

Pay Range: $38.00 to $44.00 hourly flat rate depending on certification and level of experience. Perform thorough vehicle inspections with accurate documentation and measurements Identify mechanical and electrical issues, recommend solutions, and communicate findings clearly to Service team Partner with Service Advisors to provide updates on repair timelines or recommend additional safety work Assist fellow technicians when needed to maintain overall shop productivity Follow all company policies, procedures,



and safety standards Ensure a high degree of confidentiality with company and customer information Automotive Service Technician Red Seal Certification or currently in the process of challenging it Previous experience as an automotive technician is required Ability to work the physical requirements of a service technician role Ability to work in an automotive shop environment Indoor automotive shop with multiple service bays Work performed around moving vehicles, hoists, and heavy equipment Temperature can vary (shops may be cooler in winter, warmer in summer despite heating/ventilation) Competitive wages Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and insurance Manufacturer led training opportunities Access to exclusive corporate discount programs
