By ensuring airtight alignment between Sales and Product, you willbuild a scalable marketing infrastructure that captures the massivecomplexity of the automation industry while maintaining the agilityneeded for scale-up success.
Strategic
Growth & Market Authority Drive the global marketing roadmap, positioning thecompany as the definitive leader in autonomous automation. Elevate our client's brand identity across allchannels, translating technical capabilities and systemarchitectures into explicit, value-driven narratives.
Thought Leadership: Oversee the creation of strategic content,including customer case studies (with support from customersuccess), whitepapers, Podcasts, industry articles and executivebylines, to establish market authority and "top-of-mind" awareness. lead the team in creating "white-glove" campaigns for Enterprise Tier-1 accounts while building out scalable digitalacquisition engines for Small Business (SMB) growth.
Revenue Accountability: Own the marketing-sourced pipeline. Partnerclosely with Sales to align on KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, andclosed-won deals across both sales cycles. Multi-Channel Execution:
Lead sophisticated B2B campaigns acrossdigital (SEO, LinkedIn, Google Ads), events, trade shows, and fieldmarketing.
Equip
Sales and BDR teams with the technical and commercial tools required to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder Enterprise deal cycles and "proof-of-value" conversations. Serve as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering to support product launches, roadmap communication, andthe translation of technical specs into customer value. Assist andcoach the Product team in product marketing.
Executive Presence: Provide clear, actionable updates to executive leadership on progress, ROI, risks, and market outcomes. Data-Driven Leadership: Utilize advanced analytics and dashboards to track funnel performance and pipeline velocity, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts. In addition, collaborate with the revops team to understand the market dynamics improving forecast and revenue predictability.
Create and maintain our client's marketing dashboard. Lead contribution attribution across channels, forecast ROI on marketing investments.
Infrastructure & Budget: Oversee marketing operations, including the marketing tech stack and budget planning, ensuring optimal resource allocation in a high-growth, resource-conscious environment.
Market Intelligence: Lead voice-of-customer programs, market segmentation frameworks, competitive landscape analysis, and customer insight cycles. Stay ahead of industry trends in automation, AI, robotics, and automation to ensure marketing remains cutting-edge and differentiated. Lead and conduct market research studies as required. Prepare quarterly marketing performance review materials for executives and boards.
Partners Ecosystem Enablement : Define partner/co-marketing frameworks, enable partners with joint value messaging.
Mentorship: Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, instilling a culture of creativity, accountability, and curiosity.
Integrity & Trust: Lead with honesty, transparency, and ethical standards, building trust within the team.
Coaching & Development: Inclusive Leadership: Champion diversity, ensuring all voices are heard and valued. Drive creative solutions to challenges, balancing immediate needs with long-term goals.
Adaptability & Resilience: Stay flexible and resilient through change, guiding the team with confidence. Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; At least 15 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in a B2B environment, preferably in the robotics or related technology sector. Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong analytical abilities and experience with marketing metrics and reporting tools. The role requires up to 30% travel to attend industry events, trade-shows, or visit customer experience centers.
