Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Vinyl Graphic Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing vinyl graphics, decals, signs, wraps, and other visual communication products on vehicles, windows, walls, and various surfaces.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their workmanship, has excellent attention to detail, and can work efficiently while maintaining high-quality installation standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Install vinyl graphics, decals, lettering, and signage on vehicles, windows, walls, and other surfaces.
- Install vehicle wraps and partial wraps when required.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, measuring, masking, and ensuring proper adhesion.
- Accurately align and apply graphics according to layouts and specifications.
- Use professional installation tools such as squeegees, knives, heat guns, and application tools.
- Perform trimming, cutting, stretching, and finishing of vinyl materials.
- Inspect completed installations for bubbles, wrinkles, lifting edges, and alignment issues.
- Remove existing vinyl graphics and prepare surfaces for new installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Handle customer vehicles, property, and materials with care.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and manufacturer installation guidelines.
- Communicate with production staff and management regarding installation requirements or issues.




- Complete installations within scheduled timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience installing vinyl graphics, signs, decals, or vehicle wraps is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with precision.
- Ability to read and follow installation plans, measurements, and layouts.
- Comfortable working with hand tools and installation equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Physically able to stand, bend, reach, lift, and work for extended periods.
- Ability to work at heights using ladders or approved equipment when required.
- Valid driver's license is an asset.
- Experience with vehicle wraps is an asset.

This position may require:

- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and stretching.
- Lifting and moving materials and equipment.
- Working outdoors and in varying weather conditions when required.
- Working on ladders or elevated surfaces.
- Working around vehicles, tools, and production equipment.
