In this role, you will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing orders, managing inventory, and moving boxes of files, books, binders, and other media materials. You must be comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting heavy objects throughout the entirety of your shift.

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Duration: 3-Month Contract (with strong potential for extension) Predictable Full-Time Hours: Enjoy a reliable, continuous Monday-to-Friday schedule with absolutely no rotating or weekend shifts.

Order Processing & Fulfillment: Accurately read labels, process incoming/outgoing orders, and utilize a proprietary computer system alongside handheld RF scanners to track inventory locations.

Material Handling: Load, move, and organize storage boxes, bins, and totes manually, as well as safely operating material handling aids such as hand carts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.

Facility Navigation: Move inventory across uneven or concrete surfaces, up and down inclines, and utilize ladders to pull or store boxes in high-bay racking.

Mobility: Ability to walk, stand, kneel, squat, crawl, stoop, twist,



and bend forward frequently throughout a 9-hour shift. Able to safely climb and balance on warehouse ladders.

Literacy: Must be able to fluently read, write, and understand English to process order slips and track inventory.

Tech Comfort: Comfortable learning and navigating basic computer systems and scanning equipment.
