Preparing goods for shipping on pallets, parcels and ships products and materials Preparing BOL, recording shipment data, including weight, dimensions, shipping charges, tracking numbers Requesting quotes from carriers for shipping orders, comparing and selecting the best one, case by case Making claim reports for damages and discrepancies, directing them to the right department Completing shipping/receiving reports and storing the records Operating forklift, storing pallets on multiple levels of racks up to 19 feet Maintaining forklift truck or other devices in the warehouse by completing preventive maintenance requirements Performing general physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as: lifting, climbing, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling material Handling and moving objects - using hands, arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things Participating in inventory counting Cleaning the warehouse area at the end of the working day Typing speed over 50 words per minute, experience in: Microsoft Word,
