Job Summary

Know Your Body Best Therapeutics and Supplies Ltd., a trusted provider of massage tables and wellness products (bodybest.com), is seeking a reliable Warehouse Shipper/Receiver to join our team at our Etobicoke warehouse. We are looking for a dedicated individual to help us deliver exceptional service to our customers.

In this role, you will work with our team to manage the flow of goods in and out of our busy 12,000 sq. ft. warehouse, ensuring that all online orders and incoming shipments are processed accurately, safely, and efficiently. Our product range includes small items as well as heavy massage tables that may require two or more people to move. The ideal candidate lifts properly, asks for help when needed, is professional and easy to work with.

Responsibilities

- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications
- Assist with incoming shipments, inspect for quality, and verify quantities against packing lists
- Safely move product throughout the warehouse, including team-lifting heavy massage tables and other bulky items
- Use proper lifting techniques and get help when an item requires two or more people
- Operate handling equipment safely to move products on and off trucks and within the warehouse
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment to ensure operational efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals




- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate inventory counts and order processing
- Complete shipping and receiving paperwork accurately

Experience

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must understand how to lift items properly and safely
- Must be able to read and speak English
- Professional, respectful, and easy to work with
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred
- Proficiency in order picking and fulfillment processes
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory tracking and order verification
- Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is highly desirable
- Solid attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is an advantage
- WorkSafe Ontario training and certification is an asset
- Experience with ShipStation is an asset
