We are recruiting for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Warehouse in Victoria, BC, serving as the primary warehouse contact for the branch.

This role supports day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, material handling, tool and equipment coordination, deliveries, and inventory and asset management.

The Warehouse

Coordinator works closely with field and project teams to ensure materials, tools, equipment, and other company assets are organized, readily available, and accurately tracked. Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory activities, including inspecting, labeling, storing, tracking, and maintaining accurate documentation and records Coordinate the distribution and movement of materials, tools, and equipment to support field operations, projects, and service teams Administer asset and inventory control processes, including tool/equipment tracking, transfers, audits, cycle counts, and record maintenance Prepare and inspect materials, tools, and equipment for pickup, delivery, shipment, transfer, and return, ensuring items are protected, complete, and operational Support safe and effective warehouse operations by operating material handling equipment, maintaining warehouse organization, and assisting with logistics and branch operations High School Diploma ~2+ years of warehouse, material handling, construction, logistics experience, or related experience Valid Class 5 driver's license with the ability to drive a cube truck ~ Experience managing administrative tasks in a warehouse setting, tool and equipment tracking inventory control, and fleet coordination ~ Proficient with basic computer software applications - experience using Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.

Experience using JD Edwards or other ERP systems an asset ~ Current forklift certification an asset, or willingness to be trained ~ Strong customer service focus,
