We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and support our warehouse team in a fast-paced food wholesale and distribution environment.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on team leader who can effectively coordinate warehouse staff and drivers while also being willing to participate in day-to-day warehouse duties when needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate warehouse employees and drivers, including attendance and daily work assignments
- Plan and coordinate daily orders and warehouse operations
- Oversee receiving, inspection, unloading of containers, put-away, and organization of products
- Perform and supervise order picking and packing
- Assist with shipping, loading and unloading of goods, and forklift operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory counts
- Ensure products are properly organized, labelled, and stored
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Assist with deliveries when required; delivery is not a regular daily responsibility
- Train and support warehouse team members as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous warehouse supervisory or management experience in Canada
- Experience in distribution, wholesale, or food distribution is an asset




- Valid Forklift Certification
- Valid driver's licence; truck or delivery driving experience is an asset
- Physically able to perform warehouse duties and lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg)
- Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word; experience creating labels and basic spreadsheets is an asset
- Reliable, punctual, responsible, and able to work well as part of a team
- Able to work effectively in a quick-paced setting and take initiative when needed
- Basic business English communication skills
- Cantonese or Mandarin is an asset
- Previous experience in the food wholesale or distribution industry is an asset
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
