Flaman Fitness is currently looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and ambitious Warehouse Supervisor to join our Langley, BC team.

Primary Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Provide top quality products and services to our customers.
- Use secure work practices to ensure safety of all staff, vendors and customers
- Complete required paperwork according to company policies, procedures, and protocols
- Supervise and provide guidance to warehouse team members
- Train workers in duties, policies and processes
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Inventory management, performing accurate inventory counts regularly
- Review deliveries and delivery schedule on a daily and weekly basis
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of goods, including shipment of web orders
- Ensure all products delivered, loaded or unloaded accurately match the paperwork
- Complete required paperwork (PO’s, shipping documents/quotes, back orders, etc) with accuracy
- Receive fitness equipment shipments in a timely manner
- Assist shippers with picking orders and loading transfers to be shipped to Flaman store and customer locations




- Interface with other stores on stock levels and customer orders and transfers (Phone, Email, Hubspot)
- Accelerate communication between warehouse and sales
- Track and record status on sales orders
- Move equipment/products safely and securely (heavy lifting)
- Assist with delivery and install of products to customer locations (heavy lifting)
- Driving company vehicle in and around Langley area
- Ensure that products being shipped, delivered and received are not damaged and safely stored
- Create a strict scheduled task list and monitor that tasks are completed to meet deadlines
- Troubleshoot computer related issues when necessary
- Operating a forklift
- Other duties as required by manager

Skills and Qualifications:

- Recognize the importance of establishing relationships with team members and customers to ensure that we provide a great customer experience
- Must have warehouse experience
- Strong leadership abilities
- Previous supervisory experience (considered an asset)
- Computer competency required
- Familiarity with Hubspot (preferred)
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Professional “can do” attitude
- Have a great work ethic and eager to learn new things
- Good communication skills and willingness to help out other team members
- Problem solving and trouble shooting skills
- Ability to safely push,



pull or carry heavy products, occasionally over 50 lbs.
- Ability to safely lift heavy products as a team - over 100 lbs
- Forklift certificate is an asset (will provide/pay for training and certification if you don’t have one)
- Must be reliable
- Weekend availability
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license, clean drivers abstract and criminal record check

Education & Experience:

- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in supervisory role (preferred)
