Municipality of North Cowichan is seeking a Utility Operator 1 (Labourer) to support the protected installation, operation and maintenance of municipal water distribution, wastewater and storm water systems. The role is full-time and unionized under CUPE Local 358.

The successful candidate will assist with repairs, connections, hydrant work, flushing and meter reading, and may be deployed to other duties as required. A valid BC Driver's License and the ability to work weekends/on-call are needed.
