WCS Integration Manager – Fully Automated Warehouse | Ontario, Canada

Join a landmark warehouse automation project. A brand current, fully automated fulfillment facility representing a $50M+ capital investment. This is a rare opportunity to lead WCS integration on a greenfield site from the ground up.

The Role

As WCS Integration Manager, you'll own the integration between the Warehouse Control System and the full ecosystem of material handling equipment including ASRS, conveyors, sortation and robotics, plus third party subsystems, ensuring the facility ramps up smoothly from commissioning through go live and steady state operations.

What You'll Do

- Lead WCS integration and commissioning across a large scale, fully automated facility
- Coordinate with equipment vendors (conveyor, ASRS, robotics, sortation) to ensure seamless system integration
- Manage software testing, debugging, and validation of control system logic
- Act as the technical bridge between WCS/WMS platforms,



controls engineering and site operations
- Troubleshoot integration issues during commissioning and early operational phases
- Support continuous improvement as the site scales to full production volume

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience in WCS/WMS integration within automated warehouse or intralogistics environments
- Hands on exposure to material handling systems (ASRS, conveyor, sortation, robotics)
- Strong understanding of controls, software commissioning and system integration testing
- Experience working with third party automation OEMs
- Based in, or open to relocating to Ontario, Canada
