Floordi Canada Inc. is a wholesale distributor of flooring and flooring accessories based in Hamilton, Ontario. We supply high-quality flooring solutions to dealers, contractors, builders, and developers across Canada. As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our retail operations and looking for passionate individuals to join our team.

Position Overview

We're looking for an energetic, personable Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Hamilton office. This is an entry-level role — no prior sales or industry experience is required. You'll be comfortable on the phone, organized with data and follow-up, and (ideally) not camera-shy, since part of the role involves creating video content for our social media channels.

What You'll Do

- Shoot and help produce short videos for our social media channels — product features, promotions, and behind-the-scenes content from the warehouse
- Reach out to current and existing dealers/customers to build relationships and uncover sales opportunities
- Make outbound cold calls to introduce prospective dealers to Floordi's product lines




- Send and manage email marketing campaigns to our dealer network
- Collect, organize, and maintain accurate customer and market data
- Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and follow-up tasks
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone and email

What We're Looking For

- No prior sales or flooring industry experience required — we'll train you
- Experience creating content for social media (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, etc.) is a strong asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and appearing on camera
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, general office software)
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Reliable and punctual, able to work in person at our Hamilton office
