We are looking for an experienced, reliable and detail-oriented housekeeper on a regular, long-term basis. We are hoping to find someone who takes genuine pride in their work and understands the difference between simply getting through a cleaning list and truly leaving a home feeling clean, organized and cared for. The ideal person is proactive, efficient and naturally observant and someone who notices the little things that need attention and takes the initiative to do them without always needing direction. We have a busy family home with two dogs, so being comfortable around pets is important. We are looking for someone who is trustworthy, dependable, respectful and takes pride in doing a thorough job. Experience working in private homes and excellent references from previous clients are preferred. Ideally, we would love to find someone in Richmond or nearby who is interested in building a long-term relationship.
