Blue J is seeking a highly analytical Manager, Website & Conversion Optimization to own the money pages, site architecture, navigation, and CRO program for our go-to-market site.

You will partner with Brand and Marketing, manage our agency relationships, review UX and Figma designs for conversion, and drive A/B testing, analytics (GA4, GTM, Search Console), and performance reporting to accelerate demand generation.
